As the President of an advertising agency my role is to inspire others to be the best they can be, to guide them, to listen and to coach them through their issues. But at the end of the day when I was looking for someone to bounce critical issues with, I found myself looking at the wall. That's when I discovered what 'lonely at the top' meant. Heather has helped me with many aspects of the business, from staff management to helping me make sure the daily clutter did not stand in the way of where I wanted to go. More so, she helped me understand my core strengths and has inspired me to focus on them and let myself be guided by these strengths. Heather is a 360 thinker, she is an amazing listener and she has the wisdom of an old soul. She has inspired me, she has inspired me to inspire my team, she has inspired my team to inspire others. In other words the Heather effect is very contagious!
